55 artists have created specially works, as a homage to Freedom and for this new unique edition of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in 1948 by the UNO. This group of works has as its aim to present artistic and educational exhibitions throughout the world. The work of Niki de Saint Phalle has been selected for the article 27.

The works of these artists constitute a new prestigious international edition because they will become the artistic Memory of the twentieth century, and might to-morrow see the light of day all over the world.
